Washington Wizards forward Kyle Kuzma’s concerns extend beyond the basketball court as the NBA season begins, as he will reportedly face a lawsuit after his dog allegedly “viciously” bitten a man.
After obtaining a lawsuit, TMZ Sports reported that Kuzma is being sued by a man who claims he was attacked by Kuzma’s dog near Van Nuys Airport in California on May 4.
Bernard Tosto said Kuzma’s dog bit his right arm during a flight as he walked to the plane’s cabin.
Tosto cited “serious injuries” in the lawsuit and said the NBA star “took no action whatsoever to secure the dog.”
Tosto is suing for unspecified damages.

Kuzma adopted a Siberian Husky in 2020 during the COVID-19 lockdown and named her Snoh

The dog involved in the alleged attack has also not been identified.
Kuzma, 28, has posted several photos of his dogs on his social media since adopting his first puppy during the Covid-19 lockdown.
In 2020, Kuzma adopted a nine-week-old, white-coated Siberian Husky and named her Snoh. Kuzma then shared his excitement about being around Snoh as the pandemic put the world on pause.
“This is the perfect time,” Kuzma said Spectrum SportsNet in April 2020. ‘I’ve wanted a dog for so many years, six, seven years. What better time than to do it now? I have all the time in the world, because I take care of this and do everything. It’s fun.’
Not long after, Kuzma added another canine companion. In 2021, Kuzma posted a photo of him Snoh and Duke are walkinga dark-colored Belgian Malinois, near the Washington Monument in Washington DC after being traded to the Wizards.
“I took the kids to a sightseeing spot,” Kuzma wrote.
