NBA insider Shams Charania was left sweating after his cell phone was temporarily taken away.

During Thursday’s episode of the “Up & Adams Show” on FanDuel TV, host Kay Adams stole The Athletics news breaker Charania’s phone.

Charania is known to spend more than 17 hours a day on his phone to make sure his competitors don’t beat him to any news.

During NBA free agency, he even went so far as to share a screenshot that showed he was spending an average of 19 hours of screen time per day.

After Adams grabbed Charania’s phone from him, the camera switched to show the distressed look on his face as he was separated from the device.

Viewers of the show found the moment hilarious and responded to X.
