Four-time Tony winner Nathan Lane will triumphantly return to Broadway next year with Pictures From Home.

The 66-year-old scene-stealer will play the patriarch opposite four-time Tony nominee Zoë Wanamaker as his on-screen wife and Tony-winner Danny Burstein as his on-screen son, photographing his parents.

Sharr White (Halston, The Snow Geese) will edit Larry Sultan’s 1992 photo memoir about “memories of childhood and parenthood, and the often contrasting and changing circumstances that shape family relationships.”

Tony-winning director Bartlett Sher will helm Pictures From Home at Studio 54 with previews scheduled for January 10 and February 9.

It marks Nathan’s 25th Broadway production as he last graced the stage as the titular role in George C. Wolfe’s play Gary: A Sequel to Titus Andronicus at the Booth Theater in 2019.

It’s hard to believe that Lane first made his Broadway debut at age 26, way back in 1982, when he played Roland Maule in George C. Scott’s revival of Noël Coward’s Present Laughter at the Circle in the Square Theater.

Audiences can then see the Only Murders in the Building actor as the father of twins (Aaron Jackson and Josh Sharp) in Larry Charles’ film adaptation of the UCB musical F***ing Identical Twins, which will be released around Christmas.

“It’s the perfect family movie, F***ing Identical Twins,” Nathan (née Joseph) told Deadline on July 12.

“It’s just a twisted version of The Parent Trap, but I hear Larry [Charles] very happy with how things are going…[It has] a really melodic score [that will] really surprise people by this composer, Karl Saint Lucy. Very, very talented, and I’m sure some people will be offended because it’s totally insane, but really, really funny.”

Lane will then play a mysterious role in Ari Aster’s horror comedy tentatively titled Disappointment Blvd., which is likely to premiere at the Cannes Film Festival next year.

“I just saw Ari Aster last week and what I saw looked quite interesting, funny and scary,” the New Jersey resident said.

‘It is a unique project. It’s like he invented a whole new genre, and it’s all anchored by Joaquin Phoenix, who is just extraordinary.”

The Manhattan film — starring Patti LuPone, Parker Posey and Michael Gandolfini — is described as an “intimate, decades-spanning portrait of one of the most successful entrepreneurs of all time.”
