But the famous cosmetic nurse showed that age is nothing but a number when she stripped down to a fabulous swimsuit for a beach photo shoot with Roger Rojas for GLOW potions last month.
The mum-of-three, who is the ex-girlfriend of AFL legend Nathan Buckley, looked sensational in an orange bikini that emphasized her toned physique.
The ageless Alex posed in front of a storm on a sunny California beach, looking at the camera from multiple angles.
At one point she ran into the ocean and returned to the sandy shore soaking wet.

GLOW is a favorite among celebrities and influencers these days, with Kylie Jenner and Dak Prescott on board with the brand as official ambassadors.
The registered nurse has cosmetic clinics in both Albury and Melbourne, but it’s not just Botox and beauty treatments that are responsible for her youthful appearance.
Alex also has her own eight-week lifestyle program called Inside Out Beauty, which includes everything from mindset coaching and fitness to consultations with dermatologists and cosmetic injectors.
Before she launched her own program, Alex was a fan of a much stricter regime.
In 2016, she wrote on her website that she does not eat sugars, bread or pasta and prefers resistance training and bodybuilding to aerobic exercise.

At one point she had a Baywatch moment after walking into the ocean and returning to the sandy shore soaking wet
“I could never have imagined how quickly my body reacted to the restriction of sugars, bread and pasta,” she wrote at the time.
“Since I got serious about sports, I have never felt stronger, more energetic and more confident in my life. I’m currently obsessed with running up hills,” she added.
In 2021, the former model revealed the secrets behind her incredible looks.
“Working through all the challenges in my life while balancing being a mother of three boys and being an entrepreneur has taught me the importance of self-care and self-love in staying grounded,” she told Herald Sun.
“I’ve created daily routines and practices that make me feel great mentally, physically, and emotionally. Some of these include meditation, walking, cold therapy, gratitude journaling and sticking to a healthy diet plan,” she said.
“Implementing all these activities in my life has changed my energy and makes me glow from within,” she added.
The 45-year-old shot to fame in 2021 when she started dating AFL legend Nathan Buckley following his split from his wife of 18 years, Tania Minnici.
The couple confirmed their relationship in May of that year and had a whirlwind romance that splashed all over the media.

Rumors circulated last January that they had finally broken up for good, but speculation arose a few months later that they were engaged after Alex was spotted with a huge diamond on her wedding finger.
In December, Alex officially confirmed that she was single and focused on her career.
“I’m definitely not going out with anyone, I’m keeping to myself. I studied for my exams to become a registered nurse in the United States,” she told the Herald Sun.
Buckley, 50, has also moved on and is now dating 34-year-old socialite Brodie Ryan.
