The beauty went on to detail how joining the RHOC family is the icing on the cake amid an exciting year which includes welcoming her fifth child and launching her solo music.
On how she feels to be part of the cast – which includes Sheena Lynch, Rachel Lugo and Lystra Adams – Natasha told MailOnline: ‘I am thrilled to be joining the Real Housewives of Cheshire family.
‘There are so many exciting things happening for me this year, including my pregnancy and releasing my new music as a solo artist, and I felt the show would really help me tell my story.
‘Viewers will get behind the scenes access into my life, an all-access pass as such, into my life as Natasha Hamilton – a devoted mother, businesswoman, and solo artist. This new chapter feels exciting!’
And despite being a new member of the long-established show, Natasha said that she didn’t feel ‘nervous’ about joining, explaining: ‘I’m quite an honest and open person and I do show a lot of my personal life on my social media anyway.
‘It was definitely something I discussed with my family because you are putting yourself out there and we all had to be on the same page and everyone was really supportive of me.’
On if her husband Charles Gay – whom she married in September 2021 – gave her any advice, she added: ‘He said just be yourself. He was like, “You’re a great woman,” and he also said, “It will be great. It’s aspirational. You’re showing other women that you can be whoever you want to be at any age”.’

The Whole Again hitmaker went on: ‘I think there’s a misconception that people in the music industry have to be young to be a pop star, but this will be my first studio solo album at the tender age of 40!
‘So I just feel like I’m representing women who might want the career change or feel like they want to do something but they’re too old for and it’s like, you know what? We’re never too old.
‘Life is literally just beginning and we’re a lot older and wiser at the age of 40. You know exactly what you want.’

‘So I know those guys and I’ve met Seema a few times as well. Seema styled me for an award ceremony a few years ago and she’s friends of my friends. So yeah, I didn’t feel like I was coming in not knowing anybody, but being here now, I’ve grown some really nice friendships.’

Elsewhere, during her interview on This Morning, Natasha told how her experience of being in a girl band helped prepare her for reality TV.
She said: ‘I’ve done little bits over the years, but when they asked me to join I was like, “What am I gonna do?” Because I’ve worked with feisty ladies before, with Jenny [Frost] and Liz [McClarnon], so I know what it can be like. It can be intense.’
She added: ‘They are my sisters, I love them dearly.’
The chart-topper went on to add that her first meeting with the girls almost ended in disaster as she felt that she was about to vomit all over them, due to her pregnancy symptoms.
Natasha, who is due in September, shared: ‘I was in my early stages of pregnancy. So that scene you’ve just watched, I was so ill! I just felt so sick. You’re meeting all these women, and I’m like, all I want to do is vomit on them’.
She went on: ‘I didn’t really want to [tell them I was pregnant]. [But] then everyone’s like, “Are you not having a drink?” And you get judged, you know!’

She added of the ladies: ‘They’re all big personalities. For me, I just wanted to go in, take each person as they come, judge them on how they treated me, and see how the relationships go from there.’
The new series is set to be bigger and better than ever, with the official synopsis reading: ‘Friendships are changed forever, relationships are pushed to breaking point, and families are tested, as the ladies of Cheshire experience life-changing moments this season.
‘As ever, there are also plenty of laughs when the girls hit Lisbon for a girls’ trip, go head-to-head on the dodgeball court and channel their energy at a memorable women’s retreat!
‘The Real Housewives of Cheshire return as the British faction of this globally successful franchise to share their glamour, guts and grace with the world!’
