Natasha Hamilton proudly showed off her postpartum body on Saturday.
The Atomic Kitten star, 41, took to Instagram where she posted a photo of herself just 12 days after giving birth to her fifth baby, daughter Kitty Iris Gay.
The pop star stood in front of a full-length mirror and snapped a picture of herself wearing only nude underwear.
Natasha accompanied her photo with a lengthy caption insisting she embraced her “stretch marks, mummy pouch, and thread veins.”
The singer admitted that she’s felt pressure to “bounce back” after each child before and has tried “a lot of diets,” but this time she’s determined to have “no scales, no diets, and no pressure.”

Natasha wrote, “Postpartum body mail. This is the first picture I’ve taken of my body after the baby. I didn’t take it to compare to my old body, but because I’m so proud of what my body has achieved over the years.
“I just had my fifth child, at the age of 41. I’ve been through the mill with my body over the years and wasn’t always so proud of it. When I was younger I felt like there was so much pressure to “bounce back” after babies. To have a certain dress size.
“I spent years standing with the scale in my bathroom, weighing myself first thing in the morning to make sure the numbers went down.
“I’ve tried many diets, I’ve tried to avoid the ‘fads’ and focus on exercise and clean living, which were always the ‘diets’ that worked best.”
“It’s common sense, but to feel your best, starving yourself won’t work!” It’s a slow but concerted effort that will give you the best results over time.
“So this time there’s no scales! No diets because I am breastfeeding. There’s no pressure. My approach is loving and grateful that my body has housed my baby and kept her safe for almost 9 months.
“I don’t know yet where I want to start my fitness journey this time? Maybe Pilates? Platoon? (When the stitches and everything are healed) Definitely baby yoga (yoga with your baby in the sling, looks fantastic).
“But no matter what I do, I’m going to enjoy the process and embrace the new stretch marks, mummy pouch, and thread veins all over my legs.” This is the new me and I love her more than I ever imagined.’

Natasha welcomed a baby girl on Aug. 14, her first with husband Charles Gay, and announced the news on Instagram with a black and white photo of her husband carrying the newborn home from the hospital.
The singer, who previously shared her daughter’s “unusual” name, captioned her post: “I can’t put into words how we feel right now. Our family is complete. Kitty Iris Gay – 8/14/23.
‘We couldn’t be happier. Welcome to the world, girl.’
Natasha had shared her before unique name for her fifth baby, but stressed it’s not a nod to her former band, Atomic Kitten, narrate OK!: “We’re going to call her Kitty Iris Gay.”
“Kitty has nothing to do with the band! My grandmother was Kitty and Charles Iris’s grandmother, and we loved those names together.”
Natasha is already a mother of four and shares son Josh, 20, with her bodyguard ex Fran Cosgrave, Harry, 18, with actor Gavin Hatcher, Alfie, 12, with ex-husband Riad Erraji, and Ella, eight, with boy band star Ritchie Neville.
