Natalie Portman rocks a pair of short shorts as she takes some cookies to a friend’s house in Los Angeles

Natalie Portman rocked a leggy look as she headed to a friend in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

The 41-year-old actress was seen carrying a box of Trader Joe’s cookies to a friend’s house.

The outing comes just a day after she appeared on The Late Late Show with James Corden to promote her new docu-series Angel City, which debuts in May.

The actress stepped out in a gray sweater with lime green stripes on the sleeves.

She also wore brown-framed sunglasses and very short jeans for her outing to a friend’s house.

She completed her look with black sneakers as she was seen heading back to her vehicle.

The actress will be featured in a new three-part documentary series called Angel City, which follows her and other high-profile women who make up the Angel City Football Club, a professional women’s soccer team in Los Angeles.

Portman leads an ownership group that also includes Serena Williams, Jennifer Garner, Eva Longoria, Jessica Chastain, Lily Singh and many more.

The series pulls back the curtain, “the origin story through the 2022 inaugural season of the female-founded and led team, the series reveals the passion and perseverance it takes to build a franchise from scratch and blaze a bold path jobs in the world of professional sports.”

Portman, who also serves as an executive producer on the docu-series, opened up about the show on The Late Late Show with James Corden on Tuesday.

“The show documents starting a team from scratch. We had to build from the ground up,” said Portman.

“I watched my son watch the Women’s World Cup with the same kind of rabid fandom he watched the Men’s World Cup with,” she added of her 12-year-old son Aleph.

“I was like ‘Whoa, this is a revolution if kids can look up to female athletes the same way they look up to male athletes,'” Portman said.

After Angel City debuts on May 16, Portman, Todd Haynes’ new film, will premiere at Cannes in May in December.

She also has the miniseries Lady in the Lake in post-production, based on the book of the same name by Laura Lippman, from Apple TV Plus.

The actress also has the animated film Foxy Trotter currently in pre-production which was first announced in 2017.

Portman is also attached to star in another miniseries, We Are All Completely Beside Ourselves.
