Natalie Bassingthwaighte and estranged husband Cameron McGlinchey list Byron Bay home for $3.25m following split

Natalie Bassingthwaighte and her estranged husband Cameron McGlinchey have put their multi-million dollar Byron Bay home up for sale.

The 48-year-old former Neighbours star and her Rogue Traders bandmate bought the spectacular Byron Bay hinterland estate in 2020 for $2.5 million.

According to The Daily Telegraph, the five-bedroom home is for sale with a guide price between $3 million and $3.25 million.

Natalie and Cameron managed to relocate from Melbourne before the coronavirus pandemic hit, selling their Brighton home for a reported $4 million.

The house is set on a plot of 4,758 square meters and features a swimming pool and a separate one-bedroom guest house.

The renovated main house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan living space with wooden floors and mood lighting.

The sleek, modern kitchen features a walk-in closet, induction hob, stone countertops and a spacious cooking island.

There is also a spacious covered outdoor living area and the property is surrounded by 1.17 acres of privacy, tropical gardens and a manicured lawn.

The publication reported in May that after putting the property up for rent, the couple were forced to reduce the asking price from $2,850 to $2,500 a week.

Natalie and Cameron split in August 2023 after 13 years of marriage.

The Herald Sun reported at the time that the couple had separated at the end of 2022 and were “amicably raising their two children together.”

The couple, who married in 2011, have a daughter Harper, 13, and a son Hendrix, 10.

Natalie made her public debut with her new partner Pip Loth at a modest performance in Queensland in April this year.

She was spotted walking with her non-binary lover as the two ran errands with a male friend.

Natalie beamed and joked with Pip as they walked hand in hand through a parking lot.

Before they found love, Natalie and Pip worked together on the 2021 Melbourne production of Jagged Little Pill.

Natalie then revealed in an interview with Stellar magazine in 2023 that she was dating a woman. Ten days later, she announced Pip’s name on Instagram.

“I have a beautiful relationship with a woman who makes my heart smile and makes me very happy,” she told the magazine.
