Natalie Barr cowers during heated Sunrise interview as guest accuses staff member of ‘disrespecting’ him: ‘I’m getting a bit scared here’

Natalie Barr suffered a rather awkward moment while interviewing two rival WWE stars during Tuesday’s episode of Sunrise.

Natalie and co-host Matt Doran welcomed Australian wrestler Grayson Waller and American LA Knight onto the show for a chat, but things quickly devolved into the pair talking.

Looking visibly uncomfortable as their verbal insults became heated, Natalie interjected: “I’m getting a little scared here – I’m glad I’m on this side of the sofa.”

Things quickly went south when they asked the WWE Champions to demonstrate their abilities.

After Waller and Knight refused to perform a “signature” WWE move on each other, Natalie suggested they demonstrate with the help of a Sunrise floor manager instead.

The male employee then confidently strode onto the set and prepared to confront Waller, who seemed irritated that the man wasn’t taking it seriously.

John Cena’s iconic WWWE theme music started playing as Waller threatened to beat the guy up on live television.

“I don’t think you understand, because if I go there, we’ll have the police here, because I’m not going to give you a false punch,” Waller ranted at the man as he stood up from his seat.

“I’m going to punch you right in the jaw. The disrespect you give me when you act like this isn’t real. Do not act tough. You have no respect for us. Are you joking?’ he continued.

Natalie was visibly shaken by the outburst and nervously told Waller, “I have no disrespect for you.”

Matt, meanwhile, diffused the situation and did his best as a referee before escorting the floor manager to the set.

However, Waller sat down and assured Natalie that he and Knight “loved the Sunrise host.”

The hosts quickly ended the interview moments later.

Waller became inflamed after a floor manager jokingly challenged him to a fight, shouting, “I'm going to punch you right in the jaw.” The disrespect you give me when you act like this isn't real.”
