NASCAR racer Ryan Preece miraculously walked away from a terrifying crash that flipped his car ten times after a rear-end collision.
With five laps left in the Coke Zero Sugar 400 at Daytona International Speedway on Saturday, Ford driver Preece lost control of his No. 41 car and sent straight into Chase Briscoe in the No. 14 car on his left.
What followed was frightening for the American as his car slid into the infield and flipped repeatedly before finally coming to a stop upside down.
Somehow he was able to get out of his vehicle and escape the wreckage before emergency medical services got to the scene.
Preece, 32, was then placed on a stretcher before being taken to a local hospital for evaluation.

RFK Racing’s Chris Buescher finally triumphed in the Coke Zero Sugar 400 to claim his fifth NASCAR Cup Series win.
Preece’s wasn’t the only terrifying crash of the night, but Team Penske star Ryan Blaney was also involved in a bad collision.
Blaney was taken out by Ty Gibbs when the JGR driver lost control after colliding with Hattori’s Christopher Bell, before crashing head-on into the wall.
Several other cars subsequently became involved as they attempted to avoid the mess ahead of them, eventually raising a red flag as the cleanup crew tackled the track.
Blaney later confirmed he was fine after being taken to the care center in the field.
