The supermodel, 53, wore a chic gray pinstripe suit for the event in the French capital.
She wore the jacket open over a pastel green blouse with a neckline that reached the waist.
Loose ruffles could be seen on the front of the top, while the sleeves stretched well beyond the length of her arms.
The fashionista wore a white top under the blouse, matching the angular white shoes that completed her look.

Naomi walked confidently down the catwalk as the fashion show guests looked on.
It comes after Naomi admitted her past drug and alcohol problems emerged as a way to cope with grief over her child abandonment issues, as well as the death of her close friend Gianni Versace, who was killed in 1997 shot dead.
Speaking candidly about the new Apple TV+ docuseries The Supermodels, she said: “Grief has been a very strange thing in my life because it doesn’t always (show).
‘I go into shock and go crazy when it actually happens, and later I break down. But I kept the sadness inside, I just dealt with it.’
About Gianni’s death, she added: “Azzedine Alaïa was my daddy. With him I learned about chosen families. The same goes for Gianni Versace.
‘He was very sensitive to feeling me, like he was pushing me. How would I be pushed to come out and move on if I didn’t think I had it in myself to do it. So when he died, my grief became very bad.
‘When I started using, sadness was one of the things I tried to hide. Addiction is one of those things… it’s just a horrible thing, it really is.
“You think, ‘Oh, it’s going to heal that wound.’ That is not the case. It can cause such tremendous fear and anxiety. So I got really angry…

“When you try to hide something, your feelings are… You talked about abandonment. I tried to hide that with something. You can’t cover it up. I was killing myself. It was very painful.’
Naomi went to rehab in 1999 after collapsing during a photo shoot and admitted it was ‘terrifying’ to face her problems.
She said: ‘I have always acknowledged my mistakes. I have chosen to undergo rehabilitation.
“It was one of the best and only things I could have done for myself at that moment. It’s scary to pick up the mirror and look in the mirror. It’s scary and it’s taken me many years to work on it and deal with it.”
