Nancy Pelosi’s daughter eagerly denied Donald Trump’s story that one of the former speaker’s daughters told him he and her mother would have been “great” together in another life.
“Nancy Pelosi’s daughter is a lunatic. Her daughter told me that if things were different, Nancy and I would be perfect together, but there is an age difference,” the former president said in a meeting with House Republicans on Thursday, according to Punchbowl’s retelling.
Several members confirmed to DailyMail.com that Trump had told her daughter’s story and said Pelosi and Trump would be “great” together.
“Speaking for all four Pelosi daughters, this is a LIE. His deceptive, twisted obsession with our mother is yet another reason why Donald Trump is unwell, unhinged, and unfit to step foot anywhere near her – or the White House,” Christine Pelosi responded to the comments on Twitter .

Trump visited Capitol Hill following his conviction on 34 counts of falsifying company records related to payments from Stormy Daniels. He spoke with House Republicans at the popular Capitol Hill Club meeting place for GOP members and will speak with Senate Republicans in the afternoon.
During the meeting, the former president also railed about his opposition to aid to Ukraine, telling Republicans they needed to get better at delivering messages on abortion and his love of tariffs.
He made light of the feud between Speaker Mike Johnson and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, asking the Georgia Republican if she was “nice” to the speaker.
The GOP conference started the meeting by singing Trump Happy Birthday – he turns 78 on Friday.
