Naked bride falls 160 feet from her apartment to her death on her wedding night: Police question husband, who denies any involvement
A naked bride fell 50 meters from her apartment on her wedding night and died.
Ksenia Vodyanitskaya, 23, fell from the window of her 15th-floor apartment building she shared with her husband-to-be Konstantin, 24, in the Russian city of St. Petersburg.
She had posted cheerful wedding photos from her wedding online just a few hours before Konstantin alerted emergency services to her fall.
The groom was ‘distraught’ when he ran downstairs to find his bride’s body and was subsequently questioned by police.
According to reports cited by police, he denies any involvement in Ksenia’s fall.

The husband has not been arrested and initial police findings are that her tragic death was an accident, however an investigation is still ongoing.
Ksenia recently graduated from the St. Petersburg State University of Veterinary Medicine.
She loved photography and began posting photos of the wedding after her death.
She died after the couple returned home from the wedding ceremony and a party at a restaurant in town.
There were good friends and a few family members present.

She wore a short white dress, while the groom wore a white shirt and beige pants.
“Friends said the bride and groom were happy at their wedding,” the Moskovsky Komsomolets newspaper reported.
Testimonies from friends and family members indicate that there were no serious problems in the couple’s relationship.
“The young man truly loved his bride and simply could not harm her, the deceased’s friends are sure of that.”
