And Naga Munchetty left her followers in hysterics when she mocked his grim expression in a sweaty gym selfie.
On Instagram he joked: “Happy Thursday (seriously!)” while his fans responded: “You could have fooled me”; ‘Insurance?’ and ‘Just tell everyone it’s your ‘focus’ face.’

The 47-year-old presenter was left red again the next day, but for different reasons, after she had to apologize to a ‘disrespected’ Sam Ryder.
During the BBC breakfast on Friday, Naga and co-host Charlie Stayt chatted with the Eurovision star via video link about his BRIT Award nomination.
Charlie commented: ‘There are some serious names. You know, it’s up there with some serious credentialed artists. No disrespect to Sam.

A shocked Naga began to chuckle before saying, “Seriously, when you say there’s no disrespect, there’s no way… Sam, I apologize!”
Trying to explain himself, Charlie continued: “Eurovision hasn’t been considered serious music credentials.
‘It’s almost out of the way, isn’t it? And now, I come down and behold, Sam walks in and is given something totally different.’
Sam agreed, saying, “It’s about a different world, so this is great, I think, for the future.”
My goodness: During the BBC breakfast on Friday, Naga’s co-host Charlie Stayt told Sam that he was up against “some serious artists with credentials” at the BRIT Awards.
‘Like Maneskin, for example, they have taken over the world, blazing a trail in the genre of rock music and heavy music.
“So it’s great for the Eurovision institution as well as the team behind our project.
“I’m very grateful to be there and as you say, the names in this category, Kojey Radical, Rina, Wet Leg, they are very good musicians.”
He added, “So basically I don’t stand a chance,” leaving Naga and Charlie in hysterics.
Naga and Charlie are known for their on-screen chemistry and banter, with Naga recently jokingly claiming that Charlie Stayt ‘wears a wig’.
Pulling back: A surprised Naga began to chuckle before saying, “Seriously, when you say there’s no disrespect, there’s no way… Sam, I apologize!”
