Naga Munchetty reveals she was EXPELLED from school after drawing ‘big penises’ on friends’ shirts

Naga Munchetty has revealed that she was expelled from school after drawing “big penises and boobs” on her friends’ shirts.

The 47-year-old BBC breakfast presenter hilariously claimed she still owns the piece of clothing that led to her being fired from her academy.

While appearing on Comedy Central’s Rhod Gilbert’s Growing Pains, Naga – who attended Graveney School in Tooting – shocked her co-stars with the story.

She said, “It was the last day of school and it’s when you let loose and you all sign each other’s shirts on the last day of school.”

“We were supposed to draw pictures, so I got suspended for… we’d draw big penises and breasts and periods on the shirts.”

Rhod then joked, “We were all obsessed with drawing c**k and ba**s when we were teenagers.”

It comes after the newscaster had to leave the show less than 20 minutes into the live broadcast when she disappeared from the couch as she started to lose her voice.

Her co-host Charlie Stayt, 60, was unexpectedly left to present the rest of the show on his own after first thinking Naga’s absence might be temporary.

During the time Naga was on the air, she appeared to be struggling with a sore throat.

After she left, Charlie explained, “You may have noticed this morning that Naga has just stepped away from the sofa, with a slight struggle with her voice.

“So we’ll see how that works out.”

However, Naga did not return to the bank, and Charlie left to host the rest of the show on his own.
