Nadine Coyle congratulates former bandmate Cheryl after a ‘great performance’ in 2:22 A Ghost Story
Nadine Coyle finally went to see boyfriend Cheryl in 2:22 A Ghost Story, after being absent from the paranormal piece’s press night.
The singer, 37, took to Instagram to congratulate her former Girls Aloud bandmate, 39, after an “amazing performance.”
She wrote: ‘Last night I saw Cheryl Jenny play in the West End. She’s a natural up there. So great to see!!
“Max Dundas told me before we went it was a little scary! Well, that was an understatement! I’m still not over it today!
Well done Cheryl good luck with the rest of the run but you don’t need it! To anyone going, I advise you not to drink liquids, otherwise you and everyone around you will get soaked!’

The star was all smiles as she arrived in style at the Lyric Theater in London’s West End.
Nadine wore a beige studded trench coat and flared blue jeans, teamed with a pair of black boots, while accessorizing with a YSL shoulder bag.
The beauty tied her blonde locks back into a low ponytail and opted for a natural makeup palette.
Nadine beamed from ear to ear as she walked past a promotional photo of her boyfriend outside the show.
She let her followers know where she was and also took to her Instagram Story on Tuesday night to share a photo outside the theater.
Cheryl made her West End debut in February and was supported by Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh, but Nadine was conspicuously absent from the show.
Despite an audience seat being reserved for the star, she was reportedly “too scared” to attend the thriller play – which is based on a haunted house.
After showing up to cheer on Cheryl from the front row, Kimberley confirmed that Nadine was meant to be there as well, as they planned to support their bandmate together.

On the show, she told The Mirror: ‘It’s a shame Nadine isn’t here. She would come. She really doesn’t like anything scary.’
While a theater source added to the publication, “Nadine would sit in the second row between Kimberley and Nicola.
“They planned to show up as a group to support Cheryl. Instead she sent a good luck message.’
Kimberley and Nicola joined Cheryl in cheering for post-performance snaps, which saw the new stage star with a tear in her eye, before spending time together at the after-party.
She received a standing ovation after her performance, in which she played the lead role of Jenny – a woman convinced her house is haunted – who took over from former star Laura Whitmore.
And Cheryl’s move into acting seems to be paying off, judging by critics’ reviews for her performance at press night — in which she was called a “class act.”
Cheryl and Nadine have been friends for a long time since appearing together in Girls Aloud, which was created in 2002.
But the pair rather caused confusion about their friendship as reports often circulated that they did not get along while in the band.

Nadine previously blamed the rest of the girls for the band splitting – even insisting that there was never any friendship with Cheryl.
Despite being a bridesmaid at Cheryl’s wedding to footballer Ashley Cole in 2006, Nadine claimed they had never been friends.
On Celebrity Juice in 2018, Nadine said, “There was no fighting, there was just no friendship to begin with.”
But later Nadine backtracked on this claiming that she and Cheryl were good friends and always had been.
