Nadia Bartel looks downcast as she’s issued a parking ticket in Melbourne after European holiday

She arrived back in a freezing cold Melbourne over the weekend after spending weeks enjoying the European summer.

And Nadia Bartel looked like she had a bad case of the holiday blues as she stepped out to grab a coffee and check on her clothing store on Monday.

Makeup free, the 37-year-old appeared tired and downcast as she left her Henne store and discovered she had a ticket on her luxury SUV.

The mother-of-two showed off her slender figure and holiday tan in a pair of black baggy trousers and a white singlet with a checked blazer over the top.

She toted a large leather handbag and clutched her large iPhone.

The fashion designer heavily documented her stunning European getaway on Instagram and turned up the heat with her sexy bikini selfies. 

During the trip, she showed off her incredible figure in a revealing white G-string crochet bikini during a boat ride with male friends. 

Nadia highlighted her flat stomach and ample cleavage in the skimpy triangle top and her peachy derriere in the G-string bottoms. 

She paired her swimsuit with a matching netted sarong and a pair of oval-shaped sunglasses. 

Nadia shared several photos of the sun-soaked boat trip on her Instagram page.  

One included a photo of a hunky mystery man wearing striped shorts. 

Nadia was last linked to former footballer-turned-model, Peter Dugmore. 

However, the pair were last spotted together in Melbourne in April. 

Nadia previously revealed to House of Wellness that she enjoys running to shape in shape.

‘I can think so much clearer when I run and it releases things that are cluttering my mind,’ she previously told the publication. 

In the same interview, Nadia said she tries to always keep positive.  

“Just because something bad happens, you shouldn’t become pessimistic about it. I’m not wired like that. Maybe it’s the breathing I do?” she said.   

Nadia was recently forced to defend herself after trolls criticised her for posting a photo of her ‘mummy tummy’ on Instagram.

She raised eyebrows after she shared a video of her smooth midsection, which she followed up with a ‘realistic’ photo of her stomach skin bunching up as she sat down.

‘My tum today that has carried two boys. Don’t forget that you always see the angles that people want you to see online so be kind to yourself,’ she captioned the post.

Unfortunately, Nadia’s empowering message fell flat, with some followers accusing her of overstating her ‘flaws’ in order to seem more relatable.

She returned to defend herself against the naysayers.

‘I’ve had a lot of comments and messages… mostly a lot of them positive, but quite a few of them thinking I’m just posting that to try to stay relevant, and that I’m not sending the right message posting it,’ she said in a video recorded in her car.

‘I didn’t think about it too much, to be honest. It was basically just that I get a lot of messages from people thinking I look really fit and my stomach is really toned and flat, but the reality is that it’s just the same as most other mums out there
