Jimmy Bartel’s ex-wife took to Instagram on Sunday to share a video of herself wearing a skimpy red PVC dress as she danced seductively.

She was joined by designer Effie Katsaounis for the sultry display that made the most of her sublime figure.

“Happy birthday to my favorite pocket rocket [Effie] It’s always so much fun with you,” Nadia captioned the post.

It comes just days after the former AFL WAG, 39, showed off her incredible body on Tuesday as she took a quick trip to Sydney with her long-time boyfriend Peter Dugmore.

Nadia put on a busty show in a brown bodycon dress with a plunging neckline and shared photos of the gown on Instagram.

Paired with a pair of white pointed pumps and a matching designer clutch, the Henne co-founder let her thick locks tumble down her back in loose curls.

Elevating the look with a sultry smoky eye and nude lip, the Melbournite captioned the series of photos with: “A hot minute in Sydney.”

Nadia spent her free time lounging by her hotel pool.

She shared several mirror selfies of herself stripping down to a stunning black bikini to relax in the sun.

It comes after Nadia announced an exciting new arrival to her family, revealing last Monday that her sister, Michelle Ring, had given birth.

Michelle and her husband welcomed their second child, son Jono Julius Stephen Ring, on December 14.

The proud aunt shared a short video of the sweet newborn sleeping in his crib and captioned it: “The sweetest.”

Michelle is Nadia’s business partner and the pair started the former fashion label WAG’s Henne together.

Nadia shares her sons Aston, eight, and Henley, six, with her AFL star ex-husband Jimmy Bartel, to whom she was married from 2014 to 2021.

The social media sensation is currently dating former footballer and model Peter Dugmore.

The pair went on a date after Peter popped into the fashionista’s Instagram DMs.

“I don’t normally respond to Instagram posts, and I don’t know if it was because I felt lonely, but I responded,” she told her Instagram followers in August.

‘I looked at his profile and we had some mutual friends and he seemed like a nice guy. He didn’t have many posts either, and I liked that,” she said.

Nadia continued, “I really enjoyed the conversations, but I never thought I would ever see this person; it was just fun to chat.

“I was in a good place as far as my mental health was concerned and I didn’t want to put myself in a position where I could get hurt again.”

The Henne designer eventually met Peter at The Tan, a popular running route in Melbourne, and said they have been together ever since.

Speaking to Ny Breaking Australia earlier this year, Nadia revealed that a wedding is not currently on the cards for the couple.

“I don’t think so,” she laughed.

“You know, once you’ve done that, you’re like, I don’t know if I would do that again.”

“But when you meet someone who you feel like you want to marry, it’s a good feeling. We are so happy. He’s a good boy.’
