For thousands of customers, NAB’s app and internet banking are unavailable.
A spokesperson for the bank said the online banking and app were “experiencing issues” and that the technical team were “working to resolve this as quickly as possible”.
“We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause,” they said on X.
The internet banking section of the NAB website shows the message ‘Account statement not working’.
‘Account overview is currently not working. To proceed with payment, you can click on Transfer & Payment. We are sorry and we are doing everything we can to have it operational again as soon as possible,” the message reads.
