Mystery surrounds a top Australian fitness influencer who has ‘filed BANKRUPTCY’ amid mounting debts, as paperwork for the move surfaces.
One of Australia’s most influential people filed for bankruptcy.

The influencer, who classified her profession as an advertising and marketing professional, filed the paperwork on December 29 of last year.

The bankruptcy status is ‘undischarged’, which means that they will still have to pay particular debts.
It also means that they cannot borrow again without disclosure of the bankruptcy to financial institutions.

The release of the Debtors Petition did not show the outstanding debts.
There is no minimum amount owed by an individual to file for bankruptcy.
According to the Australian Securities and Exchange Authority, a creditor must seek $10,000 or more to request that you go bankrupt.

The filing came just days after an Australian music festival run by influencer Nikki Westcott’s restaurateur fiancé, Oli Frost, fell into administration.
Launched in 2016 by Mr Frost and event organizer Johnny Eddings, The Grass Is Greener festival was an annual independent music festival held in cities across Queensland.
However, the company responsible for the festival, Handpicked Events and Marketing, founded by Mr. Frost, went into administration on December 8th.

Last year’s festival promised a stellar lineup of artists playing in Cairns, the Gold Coast, Canberra and Geelong.
However, a host of international artists dropped out shortly after the lineup was announced, including Ty Dolla $ign, ZHU, and Maya Jane Coles.
Mr. Frost (pictured) is a well-known Gold Coast restaurateur. He operates the Maman restaurant in James St, Burleigh Heads along with Tammy Hembrow’s ex Matt Poole.
