Rapper Kanye West has returned to Twitter after provoking widespread backlash over multiple anti-Semitic rants on social media last month.

In one of his first tweets since his suspension from the microblogging site, the 45-year-old rapper informed his more than 31.9 followers that he was back.

“Testing Testing Seeing if my Twitter is unblocked,” the Heartless hitmaker tweeted on Sunday.

The post comes after he tweeted on Oct. 9 that he would be going “death con 3” on “JEWISH PEOPLE,” an obvious reference to Defcon, the US military defense system.

Subsequently, his Twitter and Instagram accounts were blocked and his lucrative deals with Adidas, Gap, Balenciaga and Vogue all ended abruptly – but the artist showed no remorse and refused to apologize in multiple interviews.

Last month, Musk said the father-of-three’s account had been restored ahead of his $44 billion acquisition of the social media company.

Restricted accounts cannot post or communicate on Twitter, unlike suspended accounts that have been completely deleted.

While there were many reports that Kanye’s Twitter was back in his hands after the Musk acquisition, the Tesla CEO said it wasn’t his decision.

“Ye’s account was restored by Twitter before the acquisition,” Musk tweeted Friday. “They didn’t consult or inform me.”

Musk took over Twitter with brute efficiency in October and began his new reign by firing top executives.

Among the big names booted from Twitter are Donald Trump, Roger Stone, Alex Jones, Steve Bannon, and U.S. Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene.

In honor of his purchase of the company and the new changes to come, Musk tweeted, “The bird is freed” and “let the good times roll.”
