My Kitchen Rules star Colin Fassnidge has revealed his secret crush on one of the show’s other judges.
The Irish chef said he always had a preference for the British culinary goddess Nigella Lawson.
Last year, Lawson returned for the cooking show finale alongside Colin and regular judge Manu Feildel.
On the question of 7Life As his highlight of the series, Colin said, “Well, Nigella Lawson has always had a crush on me.”
The chef was so impressed with Nigella when he first met her earlier this year that they had to stop filming.

Speaking of their first meeting, he recalled, “When I met her this year, I was just standing there watching her, and Frenchie (Manu) stopped filming because he said I had my mouth open like a schoolboy. The whole crew was like, “Awww, you’re going red!”
Colin said he has always admired Nigella’s presence on TV and her ability to cook fantastic home-cooked meals, despite not being a trained chef.
He added that he was nervous about meeting her because she has always been a hero of his but was “so pretty and nice” and lived up to his expectations.

“I have so much respect for Nigella,” he added. “I just love what she does, so to meet her and have her be such a nice person, that was just incredible.”
While Colin is in love with the brunette beauty, he introduced his wife Jane to her.
In June, he was seen dining with his wife and Nigella, along with Manu, his wife Clarissa and their daughter Charlee.

They all enjoyed a fancy dinner at Sydney’s Pork Fat restaurant to celebrate Manu’s 49th birthday.
Colin shared a photo of the event on Instagram, writing, ‘FAMILY DINNER!
