My husband cheated on me when I was PREGNANT

A single mom has claimed her ex-husband cheated on her with a bridesmaid at a wedding while she was four months pregnant – less than a year before she caught him having an affair with her best friend.

Rebekah Shaw, 32, an interior designer from California, has more than 246,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares videos about her divorce and what it’s like to live full-time in an RV with her two kids.

The creator of the content, using the handle @the_realrebekahwent viral last week after she opened up about the first time her ex-husband allegedly cheated on her.

“The first time my ex-husband cheated on me was not with a bridesmaid at our wedding, but with a bridesmaid at a friend’s wedding,” she began.

Shaw recalled how they were guests at a small wedding that took place in August 2018. Her then-husband was the sole groomsman, but the bride had eight bridesmaids.

“I was the only guest who was a woman under the age of 30 who wasn’t at the wedding,” she said, “which was kind of odd because my husband was the best man.”

Shaw described the weekend as miserable from the start as she was four months pregnant and single-handedly caring for their one-year-old son.

She noted that her ex-husband’s parents and brothers were also at the wedding, but no one helped her throughout the journey.

There was also a “really gorgeous” bridesmaid who had just graduated from law school, and she remembered worrying about her ex-husband’s interactions with her.

“I ended up excusing myself at the front desk at one point because I literally felt like I was dragging the vibe down,” she explained. “I was the only sober person in the room. I was pregnant. I wanted to go to bed. My son was sleeping and I was just getting ready to get out of there.”

She said when her husband stumbled into their room around 2 or 3 am, he woke up their child and she knew she wouldn’t be able to get him back to bed.

She had had enough and decided to drive their son home before dawn and skip the post-wedding brunch. She left a note for her husband as there was limited cell phone service and quietly packed their bags.

Shaw said she knew her husband had done something wrong as soon as he called her. She expected him to be angry that she left, but he acted concerned.

“He says, ‘Is everything okay? Why did you leave? Why didn’t you wake me up?’ And I thought, “He’s done something wrong,” she remembers thinking.

Shaw claimed her husband hadn’t been home for 20 minutes when he sat her down and confessed to cheating on her.

He then proceeded to tell me this story of how [he] and one of his brothers and all the bridesmaids were hanging out, and he ended up drinking too much and making out with one of them,” she said.

Shaw noted that the other woman was not the “super-beautiful lawyer bridesmaid,” but rather “one of the nastiest.”

In the end, she stayed with her husband and according to her, they never spoke about that night again. Less than a year later, she allegedly found out that her husband was having an affair with her married best friend.

She had suspected something was going on between them, and as she was eating inside, a voice told her to look through her bathroom window.

Shaw claimed she saw her friend have an orgasm when her husband touched her genitals – just a few feet away from their children.

“I’m not exactly sure how I stayed so calm,” she said. “I literally fell to the floor and I remember the first thing I did was take off my wedding ring and throw it in my jewelry box.”

After calming herself down, she asked her husband to come in to help her with the chicken, and she confronted him about the affair.

“He was immediately like, ‘Oh my god, I’m so sorry. I can’t believe I would ever do something like that,’ which is funny because he’d already kissed a bridesmaid at a wedding almost a year before,” she said.

When her friend came in to check on them, she told her she wasn’t feeling well and asked her to leave.

Shaw said she and her husband stayed together for another 18 months before she left him. After their divorce, she moved into a camper full-time with their children and became a successful content creator.
