‘My boy who supports France’: Paul Pogba mocks Weston McKennie’s patriotic red, white and blue haircut as he jokes that he is rooting for his nation at the World Cup, as the pair meet Juventus afterwards of the elimination of the USA in the round of 16.

Weston McKennie is back in Turin training with Juventus ahead of the restart of the Serie A season.

McKennie was caught in an Instagram post alongside Serbian World Cup returnee Filip Kostić in a training session.

Additionally, McKennie appeared on French midfielder Paul Pogba’s Instagram story, apparently showing his support for the France national team.

“My boy rooting for France,” Pogba said in the post, and they both laughed at the comments about McKennie’s hairstyle.

She debuted her new cut at the World Cup with the red, white and blue of the American flag colored in her hair.

Even with the joke, McKennie raised a fist in support before saying “Ici c’est Paris,” translated as “This is Paris,” a Paris Saint-Germain club slogan.

McKennie is back in training, and still sports red, white and blue hair, after her trip to Qatar.

Pogba also appears to be back in training after a thigh injury forced him to miss the World Cup.

McKennie had an excellent performance in Qatar with the US men’s team, coming out of the group before losing to the Netherlands in the round of 16.

He was part of a critical midfield trio of himself, Tyler Adams and Yunus Musah who were the core of the USMNT system.

As for Pogba, he appeared to be on his way to making the France squad but suffered a thigh injury in October that forced him to sit out the World Cup.

The final between Argentina and France is set for this Sunday.
