Police said they were responding to the Setai Ocean Suites, which offer panoramic ocean and city views, in connection with an “unresponsive woman.”

Bolno, a partner at NKSFB, the country’s largest business management company that works with artists in music, film and television, said he hoped to sign Lozano, an aspiring musician.
“She had been there because she was recording music the night before. She’s a client and she was going to sign a record deal with me. I helped her make music,” he said.
“I really don’t want to go into too much detail about it. Frankly, it was a terrible tragedy.”
When asked why the 34-year-old had been in his room at such odd hours at night, Bolno said: “I let her stay there, there’s not much more going on” and when asked where he was , he repeated, “she was found when I left.”
“From what I was told she was found much later in the day,” he said.
Bolno appears to have been in contact with Lozano’s family – but did not provide more details on who this new artist was – simply saying that “her family is devastated.”
