She continued: ‘My children help out by choosing their fruits and vegetables the night before. I pack the rest. It’s been making things a lot easier. My children and I prepare Sunday night and use it for the week.’

It wasn’t long before her post was flooded with comments from other people thanking Paulina for sharing the tip or saying they were doing the same.

‘Yeah! My kids are always starving and complain every time I make dinner so I take them out and they eat them beforehand without complaining,” wrote one mother.

‘I make this all the time for snacks at home! It’s easy to pull out after school and let the kids eat a ton of fruits and vegetables when they’re really hungry!’ added another.
