Mum left fuming after ‘irritating’ mistake in her Kmart order: ‘I have to return this’

A mom was furious after her online order from Kmart arrived with a glaring error.

Kim wanted her daughter to have a brand new pair of sparkly pink shoes and was thrilled when she found the perfect match at Kmart.

The mother placed an order and waited at her window for the package to arrive.

However, she was shocked to discover that the discount store had sent her a mismatched pair of shoes in the mail.

One shoe was a size 9 and the other a size 11 – despite being packaged together as the latter.

“Well done, Kmart,” she said angrily.

She wasn’t sure how to fasten the two shoes together despite being different sizes – and many shared the same question.

“It’s so annoying that I have to send them back,” she said.

“How did someone see this and still pack the order?” a man asked. “This is classic Kmart.”

“Oh my god,” said another.

“I feel like the people packing some of this stuff are just doing it to mess with you,” one woman speculated.

While some have experienced similar issues with online orders from Kmart in the past.

“This reminds me of the football boots I got for my kid,” said one father. “Both different sizes and left feet.”

The same thing happened to another customer when she ordered women’s sandals.

“My sandals were sizes 7 and 9,” she said.
