Mum labelled ‘evil’ for the lunchbox she sent her 10-year-old son to school with: ‘This is a crime’

One mom has shared her fun lunchbox hack, claiming it will elicit incredulous reactions from kids every time.

In a lunchbox-focused Facebook group, the mother explained that she cuts her sandwiches in a far-from-traditional way.

The lines intersect at odd angles, making each sandwich slice a different shape and size.

“I strongly recommend that you cut your children’s sandwiches like this,” she laughed.

The sandwiches confuse her son

“The disbelieving look on my ten-year-old’s face was priceless. And even if they’re at school and you can’t see it in person, you’ll know,” they said.

The ‘evil’ lunchbox hack proved popular, drawing responses from 3,000 parents.

“I did something similar for my six-year-old and he wasn’t impressed,” one mother laughed.

“Hilarious,” another giggled.

“Ohhh a new way to torture my five and six year olds,” laughed another.

But some were not on board with the creative cutting technique.

“However, it gives me an aneurysm,” said one mother.

“This is a crime,” said another.

“My kids would be so angry and refuse to eat it,” said another.

One mom added her own fun eating hack that made her kids think she “lost it.”

She simply served a mini breakfast of mini sausages, eggs and tortillas on a tea plate.

“They were stunned,” she laughed.
