A mother who accused Qantas of giving A Current Affair presenter Allison Langdon special treatment on a flight from Sydney to Fiji has doubled down on her claims, despite admitting the star was “nice to everyone”.
Courtney Babic, a mother of five and Channel Nine presenter, claimed that economy class passengers asked staff for wine during the flight but were told it would not be offered.
She said Allison, 45, was also in economy class and was not only offered wine, but her children – son Mack, 7, and daughter Scout, 4 – were allowed to use the first class toilets but other young people were denied access.
Ms Babic’s wild TikTok outburst quickly gained momentum after Daily Mail Australia revealed photos of Langdon next to her her husband Michael Willesee Jr. and their children drop off their luggage at the business class check-in desk.
Qantas also rejected her claims, stating bluntly that it was “ridiculous to suggest Allison received special treatment”.
“Any perks she is offered will be the same as we offer other frequent flyers when they travel with us,” an airline spokesperson said.
“Our crew often comment on how pleasant Allison is to deal with and how she never wants any hassle.”
Despite this, Mrs. Babic continues to maintain her claims and demands that Langdon receive special treatment.

“She was nice to everyone but the staff was not nice to the other people sitting in the same seat,” Ms Babic wrote on social media.
In another comment she added: ‘I have no judgement on Alison, although she was lovely’ and that the special treatment by the cabin crew did not bother her.
The comment prompted a woman, claiming to be a former Qantas customer service manager, to question Ms Babic’s claims.
“I have never experienced alcohol not being served on an international flight,” she wrote.
‘Sometimes there are shortages in more isolated or smaller countries.’
Ms Babic, a former primary school teacher who is now a social media influencer, hit out at people who claimed she had her facts wrong. She claimed it was possible Langdon had used the business class check-in counter but was still seated in economy class.
“I wasn’t the only one who saw it,” Babic responded to a critic.
“You think you can’t get priority boarding in an economy seat? You clearly don’t know anything.”
She ridiculed another commentator by saying: ‘You’ve clearly never been to the FC (First Class) lounge’.
Some Qantas Frequent Flyer members can enjoy first class boarding and lounge access while still flying economy.
Mrs. Babic told another keyboard hero to “get a life.”
Daily Mail Australia approached Ms Langdon for comment.

In Ms. Babic’s original two-and-a-half-minute tirade, Langdon was not identified by her full name.
“There was a celebrity from 60 Minutes on the plane, I think her name is Allison. She didn’t get a first class seat, she got an economy seat,” Courtney said on TikTok.
‘We flew Qantas. They turned people away when they asked for wine and that’s fine. I didn’t ask but I heard a lot of people were turned away.
‘But then they offered her wine and handed it out in front of everyone. So the people who didn’t get alcohol had to sit and watch this famous lady get served alcohol, even though they bought the same ticket for the same price.
“The staff treated her better than anyone else. It’s just not fair. Why are these famous people being treated better in front of you, when you both paid the same amount?
“If you give someone special treatment just because you think they’re famous, I think that’s wrong. I don’t understand what’s happening to service these days.”

Langdon and Willesee Jr. married in 2008 after first meeting at a Sydney bar.
“We were in a bar and this guy came in wearing a red T-shirt and dark jeans. And you have that moment where you’re just so physically attracted to someone? It just hit me,” she previously said.
Langdon recently announced what she plans to do when she steps down from hosting ACA.
She joined the program in early 2023, replacing Tracy Grimshaw, after co-hosting the Today Show with Karl Stefanovic for three years.
In May, she said she hopes to stay at ACA “for a while longer,” and when she eventually steps down, she plans to return to college and start a new career..
