The lawsuit was first filed in 2021, with Southern claiming the father of three kicked her out of the home they shared in LA and reneged on their divorce agreement after she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019.

Southern, a film director and tech artist, alleged unjust enrichment, false promises and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

However, the millionaire said he was “so confused” after reading the 13-page lawsuit letter and claimed he had always treated his former fiancée well.

“This is a person I had I once had the most beautiful relationship with her and now she was unrecognizable to me,” he said.

“My accuser sent me a letter in September 2020 praising my integrity, speaking of our shared love and emphasizing the mutual care we had shown for each other,” he added, showing a copy on screen.

The anti-aging millionaire said he was advised to settle so that the situation remained private, and was told “not to bring this into the public sphere as one's reputation could be tarnished forever.”

“It's very hard to come back from and it felt devastating to me, the accusations felt like injustice,” he explained in the video.

Johnson said that after receiving the letter, he didn't know what to do next. He said he felt an 'f'Good conviction' that he had to 'stand up' for himself.

“I had to take this course and now, two and a half years later, it has finally been completed, but it was devastating, expensive and stressful,” he said.

In the clip, Johnson had written down what his ex-fiance accused him of and read it on camera.

“She threatened to make public accusations about me unless I paid her $9 million in one week,” he claims in the video.

He continued, reading from an A4 piece of paper: “Two days later, a judge ordered her to pay me half a million dollars for fees.”

He then said there was insufficient evidence to support the claims, accusing the lawyers of trying to take advantage of “her vulnerabilities” and “exploit” his wealth, claiming they were trying to “make him look like a sample'.

“The global media ate it up,” he said. “On March 31, 2023, after extensive motions, depositions, and discovery, the arbitrator dismissed all of her claims referred to arbitration and ordered that my plaintiff pay me half a million dollars to reimburse the attorneys' fees I incurred in pursuing the lawsuit. defend my innocence.'

“The verdict and judgment were affirmed by an active Supreme Court justice on September 29, 2023,” he continued.

According to Johnson, the “most hurtful thing” was the way Southern spoke about their relationship in a way that was “unrecognizable” to him.

He also spoke about Southern's cancer diagnosis and disputed her claims that he left her when she was sick.

“I reorganized my life and worked alongside her non-stop to beat it,” she said. “We flew around the country together to research clinical trials and talk to doctors together, we did extensive research on complementary therapies and tests.”

“It was our shared ubiquitous focus,” he added, claiming the plan by his ex-partner and her lawyers was to “inflict maximum pain and suffering” so he would pay privately.

“(Now) I'm free, I feel relief, it's been two and a half years of hell,” the biotech hacker said.

According to Johnson, however, Southern and her attorneys “misjudged my tenacity and determination, and their strategy backfired and caused collateral damage.”

Johnson added that he has set up a trust for her medical needs, of which she is the sole beneficiary and the only person with access to it.

Him too posted on his Instagramwhere he stated that Southern was ordered to pay him $584,199.16 for the fees he spent in the lawsuit.

Legal documents seen by DailyMail.com – dated May 18, 2023 – state that a judge “awarded Mr. Johnson $584,199.16 for attorneys' fees incurred in the arbitration” – with the biohacker asking the court to enforce the ruling because his former fiancée had not yet paid him.

The documentation also stated that he and his former fiancée were still embroiled in a legal battle over four of the eight “lawsuits” she initially filed against him — though Southern filed a motion to dismiss those claims earlier this month.

In the October 2021 complaint, which was obtained by DailyMail.com, Southern accused the tech entrepreneur of violating his “lifetime financial support agreement,” claiming she was forced to “devote her entire time and attention to his personal and professional needs'.

The lawsuit also details Johnson's alleged “pattern of manipulative and coercive” behavior, claiming he persuaded her to let him sleep with other women even though she wanted monogamy.

Johnson, who became famous for his $2 million-a-year anti-aging regimen, claims he has overcome the hurdle of living in a 46-year-old body, but has instead worked to ensure it functions like a 18 year old body.
