Mrs. Jacky’s doctor Oh! will NOT face criminal charges after the Wild ‘n Out star died due to complications from BBL at the age of 32
Mrs. Jacky’s doctor Oh! will not be the focus of a criminal investigation after it became known that the reality star died on May 31, 2023 at the age of 32 due to complications from a cosmetic procedure.
Many wondered if the doctor would be charged, as the Wild ‘n Out star (born Jacklyn Smith) previously said she was in Miami for a “mommy makeover” with Dr. Zachary ‘Dr. Zach’ Okhah in a since-deleted social media post weeks before her death.
However, the doctor who operated on her will not be charged with any crimes, despite the star dying from complications from a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). TMZ Tuesday report.
Miami police sources told the publication that the medical examiner ruled the mother of three’s death an accident and that homicide detectives will not open a criminal investigation.
Shortly after her death, the surgeon took to Instagram in June to break his silence two weeks after her death.

Dr. Zach — who has sued former patients claiming he bungled their surgeries — posted a statement on his account, but made no mention of the 33-year-old talent or the incident.
The message to his nearly 97,000 followers began: “To all my past, present and future patients, PH-1 Miami remains committed to the highest quality medical care.”
“All aesthetic procedures are performed in a hygienically safe environment according to universally recognized medical standards,” the report continued.
He went on to say, “I am relentlessly committed to advancing techniques in the field of plastic surgery.”
Okhah’s statement ended by saying, “Most importantly, my staff and I ensure that each patient is vetted, prepared and treated prior to surgery based on his or her individual patient history.
“Our mission is to help our patients achieve the best possible outcomes in the safest and most medically appropriate way.”
