Mrs Hinch makes heartbreaking confession about grief and anxiety ‘taking over’ and admits she just ‘wants her dad’ back as she prepares to welcome third child

Sophie Hinchcliffe has admitted she ‘just wants her dad’ – eight months after his sudden death.

The 34-year-old social media star, better known to her millions of Instagram followers as cleaning fanatic Mrs Hinch, lost her father Alan in April and took to Instagram on Friday to reflect.

In a candid Story post, the influencer – who is expecting her third child – shared a collection of worries that cause her “anxiety” every night before she goes to bed.

One noted that her health scare was the “worst” it had ever been and that she had to make a shot appointment.

But the most heartbreaking confession was her struggle with grief as she admitted all she wanted was her father back with her.

She added, “I want 2024 to end, but I also don’t want 2024 to end.

‘Sadness takes over your life!’

Sophie is married to Jamie Hinchliffe and the couple have Ronnie, four, and three-year-old Lennie with them.

The couple is currently expecting their third baby and one of her other concerns was finding the time to buy more newborn outfits.

She added: ‘When should I pack my hospital bag?

“Do I still have my hospital bag?”

Other revelations from Sophie included that she “hates” her dog getting older, and that she needs to prepare for her grandmother’s upcoming birthday

The viral sensation – who has appeared on This Morning and Loose Women since rising to fame and is also known for her close friendship with Stacey Solomon – is also starting to panic about Christmas.

Other concerns included how she would manage time to run her current errands, in addition to her busy career as a social media content creator.

Mrs Hinch announced she and husband Jamie are expecting their third son, just two months after opening up about her continued grief following the sudden death of dad Alan.

She said, “So just a reminder that no one really has it all together!

“We are all AGREE here, so technically we are all in it, we are all learning, sometimes we fail, sometimes we succeed.

‘But we get up and go again, and that’s the most important thing.

“So keep going. And if no one told you anything today…you’re doing great.”

It comes after Sophie appeared in an emotional post on Instagram as sons Ronnie, five, and Lennie, three, painted the news of the newcomer on a wall in their home.

Mrs Hinch joked that there would be more ‘carnage’ if another boy was added to her brood before she showed off her blossoming belly.

She donned form-fitting black workout clothes and lovingly cradled her bump as she posed in front of her bedroom mirror with a big smile.

Mrs Hinch then shared in a gushing post saying she was convinced her third son was a gift from her father in heaven.

Writing: ‘Heaven was too far to visit, so you sent us a special gift from above. I have no doubt that you sent him to us, Dad, to fill our hearts with so much love.”
