MRF Limited reported a 351.76 percent increase in consolidated net profit in the quarter ended September 30 at Rs 586.66 crore, compared to Rs 129.86 crore in the same quarter last year. Compared to Rs 588.75 crore in Q1FY24, net profit declined 0.35 percent.
Revenue from operations for Q2FY24 stood at Rs 6,217.10 crore, compared to Rs 5,826.30 crore year-on-year (yoy), registering an increase of 6.70 percent. On a quarterly basis, revenue from business activities fell by 3.46 percent. In Q1 24, it stood at Rs 6,440.29 crore.

The company announced an interim dividend of Rs 3.
Total revenues for Q2FY24 stood at Rs 6,287.82 crore, compared to Rs 5,903.38 crore year-on-year, registering an increase of 6.51 percent. On a quarterly basis, total income fell by 3.48 percent. In Q1FY24, it stood at Rs 6,514.98 crore.
At 12:54 pm, MRF Limited shares were trading at Rs 1,08,225.65.
