YouTuber MrBeast’s trans co-host Ava Kris Tyson accused of sending ‘inappropriate’ messages to child as streaming world is engulfed in another scandal

The streaming world is once again embroiled in an alleged scandal after one of its most popular stars was accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a child.

Ava Kris Tyson, former co-host of the wildly popular YouTube channel Mr Beast, is said to have had a relationship with the minor when they were 13 years old.

The couple were reportedly introduced after the child won an online competition. Tyson was 20 at the time and was known to his YouTube fans as ‘Chris’ because they had not yet transitioned.

Tyson, who has a son with his ex-wife, is said to have communicated with the fan for years through public online forums before they met when the teen turned 16.

The fan, now an adult, says he is not a victim and has defended Tyson, although he has admitted that some of the messages were “inappropriate” and “edgy.”

Since the relationship was revealed in a series of revealing videos and clips, several controversial posts from Tyson have surfaced.

Several photos show Tyson interacting with “Shadman,” an artist known for drawing young characters in sexual poses.

In one post, Tyson begged Shadman to “draw a 10-year-old anime girl.” Other posts show Tyson sexualizing cartoon children.

The scandal comes just a month after Dr Disrespect, a well-known Twitch gamer, was blacklisted from the online community after admitting to sending inappropriate messages to a minor.

MrBeast, who has a net worth of $700 million, is known for his extravagant stunts and philanthropic initiatives.

Tyson is also a personal friend of the YouTube star.

Outrage on social media emerged after a series of videos purportedly showed Instagram posts of Tyson and the minor who visited them at the university.

The two photos show Tyson with two other men in 2020, but the person who is reportedly a minor is blurred.

DailyMail.com cannot independently verify the images.

The claims suggest that the child, who goes by the name ‘Lava’, met Tyson through a fan meeting after winning a competition through the MrBeast YouTube channel that he and Tyson started in 2012, according to Insider Gaming.

At the time, Tyson, who was 20 years old and still living under his old name Chris, was in college when the two reportedly struck up a connection (Tyson is pictured in 2019)

Tyson shared a tweet in 2016, before they transitioned in 2023. The term ‘Loli’ refers to a young-looking girl.

After that, they managed a Discord channel together and kept in touch through social media.

The allegations against Tyson have led to many questionable tweets, most of which depict children being sexualized in cartoons.

Tyson called a photo of 14-year-old Incredibles character Violet “demurely cute,” while other posts referenced the actress’s desire to have sexual relationships with children.

In 2016 they posted the message ‘nothing gets me as excited as Loli’ – the term refers to a young-looking girl.

They also responded to a link posted on Twitter that directed users to a pornographic comic strip about Caillou and his mother. “Caillou” is a popular children’s series about a four-year-old boy.

“Help, I need an adult,” Tyson said.

Lava, who is now 20 years old, responded to the allegations against Tyson in a post on X.

“These videos are huge lies and distort the truth,” he posted.

‘Ava never did anything wrong and only made a few sharp jokes. I was never exploited or abused.’

Tyson has now made his X-profile private.

MrBeast is also said to have linked KEEMSTAR, the host of the show DramaAlert, to Lava and released a second statement denying the allegations against Tyson.

“Lava I was NOT manipulated by Kris Tyson,” KEEMSTAR shared on X.

‘Lava’ I didn’t just meet Kris Tyson. I met Kris and the MrBeast crew in front of my family.

‘Lava’ I had a Discord with Kris Tyson when I was 13 and there was some sharp, inappropriate jokes going on, that’s it.”

However, Jake Franklin, a former member of MrBeast’s channel, posted on X, “Jimmy knew” after the news about Tyson broke.

MrBeast’s real name is James Stephen ‘Jimmy’ Donaldson.

But Franklin’s message was vague and cannot be corroborated regarding the allegations against Tyson.

MrBeast has not released an official statement regarding the allegations.
