Moving trucks spotted at Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s mansion as family gathers for final Thanksgiving
Kim Zolciak-Biermann and her estranged second husband Kroy Biermann took another step toward leaving their marital home in Milton, Georgia, on Tuesday after more than a year of uneasy living together.
In a video obtained by TMZan Atlanta Peach Movers truck was parked in the driveway of the Biermanns’ seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom home, while an even larger Penske truck was parked outside the gate.
That same day, the 46-year-old reality star and the 39-year-old retired daughter of the NFL linebacker, Ariana Lenee Biermann announced she was “home for the holidays.”
The New York City-based 23-year-old – whose biological father was Kim’s ex-husband Daniel Toce – Installed a rare photo of her twin siblings Kane Ren Biermann and Kaia Rose Biermann on their 11th birthday, as well as 13-year-old brother Kroy Jagger Biermann Jr.
Ariana was amazed when they petted a furry cow: “I can’t get over how grown up my siblings are!”
Biermann posted a photo of little Kroy and Kaia cuddling a large black dog under a blanket.

“S’mores nights with my munchkins,” Ariana captioned a photo by the fire.
Zolciak and Kroy will also celebrate their final Thanksgiving at the lakeside mansion with 27-year-old daughter Brielle Karenna Biermann — who now lives in Atlanta — and 12-year-old son Kash Kade Biermann.
On November 18, the divorcing couple lowered the price of their single-family home by another $300,000. Zillowbringing it down to $3.65 million ahead of the Dec. 3 foreclosure auction.
It’s a good thing Kim and Kroy will soon be living apart, as Milton police have been called several times to break up their fights. as recently as November 18 as she moved some of her belongings out of the house.
Originally built in 2013, the Milton mansion sits on 1.78 acres and measures 15,694 square feet. It was valued at $5.5 million by residential appraiser Alan Daniel and was first put on the property market in 2023 by Jenny Doyle for $6 million.
The Biermanns’ stone estate features a heated pool/spa, in-ground trampoline, gourmet chef’s kitchen, entertainment room, 500-bottle climate-controlled walk-in wine cellar, billiards room, arcade game room, home theater, two two-story walk-in closets, two-station salon, gym with private massage room and six-car garage.
‘He didn’t pay a bill in that house. He has paid two electricity bills in the last 18 months,” the Surreal Life star said TMZ in September.
“No cable, water, phone – nothing. Nothing. That man didn’t pay a bill in that house. Brielle helped more than Kroy [financially].’

Kim (née Kimberleigh) noted that the Montana-born ex-manager has a security blanket in the form of his $1.5 million NFL pension after playing for the Atlanta Falcons from 2008 to 2015.
‘He’s doing well. He hoarded all his money and I spent all mine taking care of my family,” Zolciak bellowed.
The debt-ridden exes filed for divorce in May 2023 after twelve years of marriage.
But Kim and Kroy’s marital problems appeared to stem from the cancellation of their Bravo reality TV spinoff, Don’t Be Tardy, in 2020 after eight seasons.
The Biermanns – whose divorce trial was postponed from November 5 to 6 – originally met in 2010 at a Dancing Stars Of Atlanta event to raise money for Alzheimer’s disease.

On Sunday, Kim revealed that she sold three fake Christmas trees to make some extra money and get rid of excess items.
