Mount Mee, Queensland: Young man found with severe head injuries at a property had allegedly been buried alive – as man and woman face murder and torture charges
A young man is in critical condition in hospital after allegedly being tortured and buried alive.
Two people have been charged following the brutal attack and attempted murder of the man in Mount Mee, an hour and a half drive northwest of Brisbane, on Wednesday evening.
Emergency services were called to a property on Mclean Road at around 8.30pm following reports of an alleged assault.
A 23-year-old Eagle Farm man was found with serious head injuries and is in a critical condition at Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.
It is clear that the man was partially buried, it was reported 9News.
A 21-year-old woman from Mount Mee and a 23-year-old man have been charged with a series of serious crimes, including attempted murder and torture.

A 21-year-old woman from Mount Mee and a 23-year-old man have been charged with a series of serious crimes, including attempted murder and torture.
Mount Mee is located an hour and a half drive northwest of Brisbane and immediately west of Caboolture
The woman was charged with ten crimes, including attempted murder, common assault, deprivation of liberty, disability to commit a criminal offense, grievous bodily harm, observations or recordings in violation of the privacy of the genital or anal region, serious assault of a police officer, torture, wounding and unlawful possession of a weapon.
A 23-year-old local man was charged with nine crimes, including attempted murder, common assault, deprivation of liberty, disability to commit a criminal offense, grievous bodily harm, observations or recordings in violation of the privacy of the genital or anal region , torture, injury and unlawful possession of weapons.
Both were due to appear in the Caboolture Magistrates Court today.
Queensland Police told Daily Mail Australia the investigation is continuing and no other suspects are involved at this stage.
