Wild moment motorcyclist cops a barrage of abuse from foul-mouthed driver in shocking road rage clash

Wild footage has emerged of the moment a motorcyclist was assaulted by a motorist who tried to cut her off during a violent traffic collision.

The New Zealand woman, who lives in Australia, shared shocking footage of the altercation on TikTok, in which the man was heard telling her to “die”.

The motorcyclist and her passenger remained calm during the terrifying event.

Dashcam footage from her bike showed a driver in a white station wagon yelling abuse at a traffic light.

“Stick people up their asses,” he said.

The New Zealand woman did not respond to the driver and instead waited for the traffic light to turn green so she could continue driving.

The foul-mouthed driver then made a rude hand gesture before turning left, while the motorcyclist continued straight ahead.

The motorcyclist shared footage of what had happened moments earlier, showing her overtaking the car before the driver drove past her.

The motorcyclist (pictured) and her passenger were both shocked and could not believe the driver was behaving in such a way, deliberately driving slowly so that she had no choice but to overtake him.

She explained that when the driver in front of her slowed down, she passed him again and then claimed he ran her over.

“He drives past me at an intersection (I left some extra space so he wouldn’t hit the back of me),” she wrote in the caption.

The images show the driver braking again, after which the motorcyclist overtakes him again.

The motorcyclist was visibly shocked when she finally reached her destination.

“That was crazy, I’ve never heard anyone yell at me like that,” she said.

Her passenger added: ‘He was angry. He was really pissed.’

“He could have just let me go and that would have been it, but no, he should have just driven in front of me,” the motorcyclist said.

Social media users were quick to show their support for the motorcyclist, with many praising her calmness.

“The worst thing you can do in a road rage incident is react. It does the opposite of helping. So, good on you for not doing that,” one person wrote.

“Sometimes it’s so hard not to get involved, but you did the right thing. It’s not worth it,” said another.

Another added: ‘That’s awful, I’m glad you’re safe.’

Some defended the driver, saying the motorcyclist was at fault.

“I mean you shut him down twice for no reason, you didn’t have to just get over it,” one person wrote.
