Motley Crue rocker Nikki Sixx reveals stalker who spent EIGHT YEARS tormenting his family has finally been arrested – after leaving his wife Courtney so terrified she learned to shoot a GUN

Motley Crue co-founder Nikki Sixx and his wife Courtney have revealed that a stalker who they say has been harassing them for eight years has finally been arrested.

The couple, who tied the knot in 2014, shared their joy and relief on social media on Friday when they confirmed that a woman named Vanessa M. Clark of Knoxville, Tennessee had been taken into custody.

The 65-year-old bassist and songwriter explained what happened in a black-and-white post to his Instagram Story, which read: ‘Stalker one from Tennesee has been arrested (again) for violating the restraining order (again) and is also facing charges with resisting arrest.

‘It was a tough month. I’m happy to be home with my family. Thank you to my legal team and the legal system.”

“She threatened the judge, Nikki’s life, Courtney’s life and the life of their daughter Ruby,” an insider exclusively told DailyMail.com. ‘She thinks she and Nikki are twin souls and has had to question Nikki in court three times.’

The source continued, “She told him during cross-examination that they are twin souls, like Bonnie and Clyde or Romeo and Juliette.

‘She asked him, “Why is that so hard for you to understand, Nikki? Did you do too many drugs in the ’80s?”

Nikki asked ‘what took so long’ in a lengthy Instagram post claiming the woman had been told to seek help for her mental health but had refused.

“We need to look at laws to protect innocent people, and stronger laws to help combat mental illness,” he wrote. ‘This woman was told to seek mental help, but didn’t and then slipped through the cracks.

“She also has a gun and is allowed to keep it, even after threatening our family with acts of violence.

“The fact that this went on for so long could have resulted in a tragedy.”

Courtney, 38, shared the long-awaited good news with fans in an Instagram post with a photo of the smiling star throwing a bouquet of flowers into the air.

In the jubilant update, she revealed that the woman – who claimed on Instagram to be Nikki Sixx’s “twin flame” – was “ready for a gunfight” with the US Marshall when she resisted arrest.

“Thank you Heavenly Father! Our stalker is in jail!!!!,” the caption began. “This woman harassed, violently threatened and stalked my husband, my daughter and me for the longest eight years of our lives.”

The mother of one continued, “She has not paid any attention to multiple, multiple court orders of protection. We begged (even the judge ordered Meta to delete her offensive profile), which they still have to do.

“I reported this woman on Instagram eight years ago. My family has been dealing with this for eight years.”

Courtney then admitted that she had to learn how to shoot a gun for fear of having to protect herself from the stalker.

She continued, “Because I had to buy home protection, I had to learn how to shoot a gun. We hired full-time security. It’s been hell.

“Last night this stalker resisted arrest and was ready for a shootout with the US Marshall’s and the Knoxville Sheriff’s Department.”

The Bouquet Box founder explained: “She claimed someone was going to get shot and she wasn’t going down without a fight.

“Thank you to our great men in blue who came to my family’s aid last night and successfully carried out the arrest, even though they resisted, no one was injured.”

In her Instagram bio, Vanessa called herself the “Twin Soul of Nikki Sixx.”

She also claimed that her “lawsuits were all due to C**tney’s jealousy,” while bragging that her “Bio, acct and all its contents ruled legal because my first amm then tampered/contempted.”

The troubled fan had more than 1,000 messages with lengthy statements accusing the legendary rocker and his wife of increasingly outlandish claims.

In a post shared just a day before her arrest, she spoke about firing her attorney, writing, “Let’s just say someone in the enforcement field knows I’m fed up with being bullied/harassed/threatened and I’m through. The moment I fired that lawyer, they found out I was dead serious.”
