‘So much stupidity in one video!’: Mother criticized for HOLDING her baby in the passenger seat of a moving car (and she isn’t wearing a seatbelt either)
A mother has been criticized for not wearing a seatbelt while holding her young daughter in the passenger seat of a moving car.
Earlier this week, Russian actress Vera Kincheva, 31, shared a video of herself driving a car in Thailand on her Instagram while her friend Anna Peretz sat next to her.

The actress then leans over to bring Anna and the baby closer, who has been leaning against his mother and looking out the open window.
Actress Vera Kincheva, 31, from Russia, filmed herself driving a car playing music in Thailand.
The video was later shared on Reddit in a post titled: ‘Please, please, please. Don’t ignore security just because of a social media post.”
In the UK, drivers are required to place passengers under 15 months of age in a rear-facing car seat. Children must have booster seats until they are 12 years old or at least 135cm tall.
Last year, Thailand introduced a law that children under the age of six must be secured in a car seat when traveling.
Viewers flooded the comments section to share their concerns about the safety of the baby, who was held by his mother throughout the video.
He then moves the camera to his passenger Anna Peretz, who is holding a baby on her lap.
The baby is not wearing a seatbelt and Anna holds him by the open car window.
One comment read: “Honestly, the amount of bad stuff in this clip has to be record breaking.”
Another user commented on the open window next to the toddler, writing: “I was worried the baby would fly out because the window was down too.” Crazy people.’
One user issued a warning, saying: ‘If you hit a pothole, you do have to slam on the brakes. A thousand ways this baby could be injured for life or worse, even without a car accident.
Meanwhile, another said: ‘It’s worse than that. You can see that the woman holding the baby is not wearing a seat belt. Most modern cars won’t deploy the airbag if it’s not on.’
Reddit users described the women as “crazy” and said the baby was at risk of “lifelong injuries or worse.”
However, one user supported the poster, saying: “On this island, and in Thailand in general, it is completely common for children to travel in cars without seats and without seat belts.”

A new law in Thailand announced that it would be mandatory for all passengers in a vehicle to wear seat belts from September last year. according to Bangkok Post.
One comment supported the poster saying that it is common for children not to wear seat belts in Thailand.
Pol Maj Gen Jirasant Kaeosaeng-Ek, deputy commissioner of the Metropolitan Police Bureau, added at the time that details regarding child safety measures had not yet been finalized.
Rules in the UK dictate that passengers must wear a seatbelt if you have one and that children under the age of three cannot travel in a car that does not have seatbelts.
Earlier today, Prime Minister Rishi Sunak admitted he made a “misjudgment” after failing to wear a seatbelt in the car.
The prime minister also faced backlash for flying to Blackpool for a visit to promote Leveling Up spending, rather than driving or taking the train.
