‘You made a video. Show me,” Geisel demanded as he cornered Mullholland in the aisles of the Rossford Target.

“That’s my daughter, get it off your phone,” she said before demanding the video and saying, “that’s disgusting.”
Turns out this wasn’t the first time Mullholland made an inappropriate video of underage people, Geisel said.
“I see a lot of videos on there of other people, other girls, and then I tried to grab his phone and he immediately, you know, pushed my arm and grabbed it, and then he started walking away,” Geisel said.
“It’s not that he was just filming people, he filmed her inappropriately and zoomed in on parts of her body.”
Mullholland attempted to flee the scene, but Geisel followed him and told him not to move. “Take another video of an underage girl,” she warned, telling him, “Go the fuck away.”

“There are certainly concerns, but unfortunately that person wasn’t breaking any laws at the time, and it puts us in a bad position because we know there’s probably bad intent there, but there’s nothing we can do about it. doing it lawfully,” Chief Kitzler said.
Shortly after the confrontation, police stopped Mullholland for a traffic violation and asked him about the incident at Target.
