Mop Gun 2! Tom Cruise struggles to keep his new longer locks under control after flying himself into London in a helicopter

Tom Cruise looked in good spirits as seen at London’s Battersea Heliport on Friday.

The Hollywood superstar, 61, appeared to struggle with strong winds as his long locks blew in all directions, but he kept a smile on his face.

The night before, Tom was seen landing after flying to the runway in his own helicopter. He has had his pilot’s license since 1994 and owns several aircraft.

Tom and his co-pilot seemed to be getting along well, as the two shared a joke while on the plane. Maybe they shared hair tips.

The star looked incredibly at home in the cockpit of the plane as he emerged from the helicopter wearing his black pilot gloves.

The star arrived in London by private jet from Florida earlier this week when filming resumed Mission impossible 8.

Filming for the eighth installment – likely to be called Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part Two – has restarted after the actor’s strike delayed production.

The star has clearly had a visit to the hairdresser and sported a noticeably lighter, accentuated look than the darker hairstyle he was pictured with in the summer.

It looks like Tom needs a haircut to cut his hair and transform into the slick field agent and agent Ethan Hunt before shooting scenes.

The actor has been an experienced pilot for almost 30 years after qualifying in 1994.

Tom is no doubt eager to get back to work on the production after it had to be postponed due to the actor’s strike.

The actor was originally scheduled to return as field agent Ethan on June 28, 2024.

But it has been delayed by almost a year as studios have been forced to adjust release dates following the actors’ strike.
