Moore Park crash: Half-naked driver allegedly ploughs into e-bike rider before being arrested and bundled into the back of a police van wearing only leather lingerie

A driver wearing revealing leather lingerie has been arrested and charged after allegedly hitting an e-bike rider, sending him to hospital.

Emergency services were called to South Dowling Street in Moore Park, Sydney, about 3.45am on Sunday after reports a black Subaru had collided with an e-bike.

The cyclist, a 29-year-old man, was treated at the scene by ambulance staff before being taken to St Vincent’s Hospital in a serious condition.

The female driver of the car, 27, gave a positive breath test at the scene, wearing only black lingerie and glasses.

The 29-year-old cyclist was treated at the scene by paramedics (pictured) on South Dowling Street in Moore Park, Sydney, before being taken to hospital in a serious condition.

She was arrested and taken to Surry Hills Police Station where a second test reportedly returned a reading of 0.095.

The woman was later taken to St. Vincent’s Hospital where she will undergo mandatory blood and urine tests.

She has been charged with a mid-level drink driving charge and is expected to appear at Downing Center Local Court on March 14.

Police and officers from the Crash Investigation Unit have cordoned off a crime scene and are investigating the cause of the accident.
