Following an extensive investigation, police have charged a second man after new information came to light about the moments leading up to the crash.

Police allege the Subaru Impreza was involved in a street race with a silver Audi A4 before the driver of the Subaru lost control of the vehicle, crossed onto the wrong side of the road and crashed into a tree.

A 24-year-old man was arrested Wednesday and charged with two counts of aggravated dangerous driving resulting in death, organizing and promoting a road race and two counts of failing to stop and provide assistance after an impact causing death.
