For the past three years, Gold Coast single mom Juanita Garcia has shared a common driveway with Eva Barbaro, mom of Mongols’ Harley Barbaro bikie.
The ugly ongoing feud between the two women exploded in January when Harley was accused of damaging property at the Gold Coast home.

Ms. Garcia she is accused of violating the order numerous times, including honking her horn and making noise with a whip.
Tensions rose in December following the death of Ms Garcia’s beloved dog, Buda.
Juanita García (in the photo) affirms that she has had several frictions with her neighbor Eva Barbaro and her bikie son Harley Barbaro.
CCTV showed a devastated Ms Garcia and her son carrying the animal to the pet cremation van when Ms Barbaro angrily confronted her about the parked vehicle.
“Eva walked up my driveway, around the hearse, and then appeared yelling abuse while still holding my dog,” Ms. Garcia said. a current affair.
Ms Barbaro could be seen in the video walking away, but returned a short time later with a megaphone to allegedly launch more abuse.
“He got a megaphone and went back out, where he continued abusing me for another seven minutes,” Ms. Garcia claimed.
Two days later, Ms. Garcia claimed that her neighbor had installed new security cameras with motion-activated lights. He pointed directly at his house.
“She can see in every window,” he claimed.
Concerned about her privacy, Ms. Garcia installed a shield about the easement between his property and the cameras.
Mongolian bikie Harley Barbaro was charged with willful damage last month after he was allegedly caught on CCTV causing damage to his mother’s neighbour’s property.
Harley Barbaro (pictured) was charged by police after allegedly getting involved in her mother’s ongoing dispute with a neighbor.
Minutes later the shield was installed by tradesmen on 7 January, Harley Barbaro was caught on CCTV allegedly tearing out a piece of plywood and wooden posts attached to the shield.
“It was three minutes after we had finished,” Ms. Garcia said.
‘I was in shock and disbelief, is this really happening?
‘Nothing of any property is attached to it, it is in servitude.’
Ms. Garcia stated that she now fears for her safety.
“I’m scared, I’m very scared,” he said.
‘I shouldn’t have to live like this. I shouldn’t have to check my phone’s security cameras when I’m driving down the street to make sure they’re not in the driveway.
Tensions rose after Eva Barbaro (circled) allegedly insulted her distraught neighbor moments after Juanita (also pictured) said goodbye to her cancer-stricken dog that had just been euthanized.
She reported the incident to the police, and Barbaro was charged with intentional damage several days later.
Barbaro appeared in Southport Local Court where his lawyer Campbell MacCallum claimed that the plywood had been erected on his client’s mother’s fence without permission, the Gold Coast Newsletter informed.
“It is a complete waste of time and judicial resources, and it is probably malicious prosecution,” he told the court.
Barbaro was granted bail and received a stern warning from the magistrate.
“I don’t know what’s going on here, but you must be smart,” Magistrate Vasta said.
“In your mind, you have to say, ‘It’s all set up and I could be accused of intimidating witnesses’ and all sorts of things, so back off and calm down.”
The matter is scheduled to be mentioned in court this Thursday.
Attorney Campbell McCallum (pictured left with client Harley Barbaro) told a court last month that plywood had been erected on his client’s mother’s fence without permission.
