MomTok war breaks out between Taylor Frankie Paul and Secret Lives of Mormon Wives cast over shady post

A MomTok war broke out this weekend between Taylor Frankie Paul and the rest of the cast of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.

The reality TV personality, 30, called out her co-stars for not supporting her after she appeared at the CMA Awards last Wednesday.

“None of my Momtok girls said anything on my CMA post,” she wrote in an Instagram Story post.

She then added that it was “awkward” as she pointed out that it was “such a big night for me.”

Following the post, her castmates began sharing their receipts in response to the influencer — who recently hinted that she was getting back together with her baby daddy Dakota Mortensen.

Shortly after, Jessi Ngatikaura took to her Instagram Story with a screenshot of her response to Paul via Instagram DM, per We weekly.

“Tay, I literally posted you on my story. Are you real?’

She continued, “I also reposted your CMA TikTok and texted you throughout the day saying you were there to support you.

“This is such a weird thing to post instead of coming to us first,” she added. “Weird flex, but okay.”

She also left a comment listing all the ways she showed support for Paul that went unacknowledged in her dark post.

“S*** I forgot to comment even though I’m on vacation with my family and trying to scroll too much,” she wrote sarcastically alongside a hand-over-mouth emoji. ‘I’m the worst friend! Forgive me Queen Taylor, I will bow now.”

She said she “reposted the CMA TikTok of you,” “put you in my story,” “texted you all day long to congratulate and hype you up.”

Additionally, Ngatikaura said she “liked” this post and offered “free clip-ins for filming and events like this” for her friend, as well as her mother.

When a social media user left a response to Ngatikaura’s comment and suggested that they were ‘faking’ the drama to increase viewership for their show, the reality star clapped back.

“One thing about me: I don’t play into anything online or into a storyline,” she wrote on her Instagram Story alongside a screenshot of the comment.

‘What you see is what you get. If you only knew what really goes on behind the scenes,” she continued.

‘We don’t have to make things up; our group just makes things happen. An example: today.’

Their co-star Demi Engemann also seemingly fired back at Paul’s claims with a series of cryptic quotes that she reposted to her own Instagram Story.

“Projection is so funny when you’re self-aware, because people really can’t see outside their *own* perspective and experiences. Just like honey, nothing you said has anything to do with me. It sounds like this is actually about you,” the quote read.

Next to the quote, Engemann wrote: ‘IYKYK.’

She also shared another quote, which read: “Being called sensitive because you respond to disrespect is manipulation at its finest.”

Mikayla Matthews and Mayci Neeley also acknowledged the drama in a TikTok post, even as they left sweet comments under Paul’s post. In the TikTok clip, Matthews admitted that she didn’t comment on Paul’s Instagram post

She then commented under Paul’s post, saying that her co-star is “so amazing” and that she is “so proud” of her

Neeley also said: ‘The love of my life’

Mikayla Matthews and Mayci Neeley also acknowledged the drama in a TikTok post, even as they left sweet comments under Paul’s post.

Matthews admitted that she did not comment on Paul’s Instagram post.

“Since we were all publicly called out, there is one more secret I must share with you. I missed Taylor’s message yesterday,” she wrote in the caption alongside a clip of her lip synced to a viral Family Guy audio clip.

‘What?’ Neeley responded before Matthews added, “I didn’t comment either.”

Matthews captioned her post: “I hope this clears things up.”

Shortly after, Paul took to her Instagram Story to discuss the situation again and explain how she was feeling. “Just like WHOLE made me feel bad,” she captioned the first video.

She then added, “I don’t think I’m queen, I just felt petty so I came back petty as usual.”

Paul continued: “I think I ruffled some feathers, a little too much. But for starters, we’re not allowed to talk about any storylines, so this isn’t made up in any way. I think I made that little concoction myself. It made me uncomfortable that all my friends were silent. That’s all I meant by it. I have a lot of supportive girls in this group, and I’ve never said anyone specifically isn’t supportive, because they are. None. “I just didn’t feel comfortable with it, so I made a little post, and we’re shocked?”

Shortly afterwards, Paul shared a TikTok video seemingly indicating that the drama had ended

The reality star rose to fame when she and her MomTok friends starred in the Hulu series – The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives – earlier this year. The show stars the aforementioned cast members, as well as Jen Affleck, Whitney Leavitt and Layla Taylor

She added, “Since Demi is the most triggered by it, it’s interesting because she called me the other day and said, ‘I feel like you’re not really supporting me on social media.’ So it’s weird that it matters when it comes to her, but when it comes to me, it shouldn’t be a problem, and they don’t have to bow down to me.”

“Of course you don’t have to like my stuff. That’s fine. Again, these days it’s your message without saying a message, and I think we can all agree. Despite all the girls telling me that I should have handled this differently and offline, because they are now literally eating me alive online, they may feel justified, but they won’t come to me if you’re going to do the exact same thing.’
