The 15-year-old boy and a 12-year-old boy led police on a high-speed highway chase Wednesday when the vehicle crashed into an embankment in Frio County.
Police dash cam showed the van being chased on Interstate 35 before the driver controlled the vehicle on the rainy road.
The truck struck the side of the wall and the impact of the crash sent the vehicle flying onto the shoulder of a road.

The boy asks one of the police officers for help, telling the officer that his teenage friend is trapped in the van.
He is then placed on the ground and tells the police that the undocumented immigrant had threatened to kill them unless they took him.

The teen then exits out the back of the cab of the pickup. The 12-year-old then yells, ‘Please help me,’ to which the teen replies, ‘What happened bxxxx?’
Several seconds later, three police officers removed the migrants through the front windshield.
The individual, whose name and nationality were not released, was rushed to a local hospital, where he was treated for “disabling injuries.”
The teen driver was arrested and charged with evading arrest causing bodily injury, smuggling causing bodily injury, unlawful use of a motor vehicle. He was also charged with drug possession.
