A Colorado CEO has been charged with throwing a 15-year-old boy to the ground at an In-N-Out burger restaurant after he splashed his wife and threw water on his friends.
Lucas Kalisher, 55, was charged by police in Loveland, Colorado, with second-degree assault in connection with the Aug. 4 incident at an In N’ Out Burger in the Denver suburb.
He was filmed throwing an unknown child onto the tiled floor of a restaurant after the child hit his wife with water droplets while he was squirting water on a friend.
A warrant was issued for Kalisher’s arrest and on Tuesday evening around 10:30 p.m., nearly 10 days after the incident, he turned himself in to the Larimer County Jail.

“That’s no way to treat a lady,” he screamed as the boy’s two friends looked on in shock, saying, “Jerome, brother,” as their friend was violently pushed to the ground.
His friends said in disbelief: ‘You don’t know… such a child.’
When the teen got back up, the man repeatedly told the boy, “Say sorry… say sorry… say you’re sorry.”
The video was shared online and viewed hundreds of thousands of times, sparking outrage among viewers.
The In-N-Out Burger in Loveland, Colorado, where the August 4 attack took place
The incident took place Saturday at the popular fast food restaurant in Loveland, Colorado.
We hear the woman talking to the teenager, while the man continues to insult him.
Many took to TikTok, X and Facebook to share how shocked they were after watching the video and to find out the man’s identity.
TikToker Mama5Love reposted the video. She said the original video had been deleted. ‘This boy was not related to the man! Water was accidentally splashed on the woman and this is how he reacted. How she encouraged him to react.’
Many people who saw the video were devastated with grief, some even had tears in their eyes.
“I don’t know what happened. That story made me cry because I’m a teenager,” they said.
Another wrote: ‘No matter what that boy did in that restaurant, I can guarantee you it was nothing to deserve SUCH a reaction from a stranger,’ one person wrote.
“No matter what happens, you don’t treat a child like that and who is he to treat him like that,” said another.
“Not acceptable at all,” someone said. “I hope his parents have moved on from this.”
The father of one of the other teens wrote in a Facebook group hours after the horrific event that “his son’s teenage friend was attacked by an adult man at the In-N-Out in Loveland for accidentally pouring water on his wife.”
Does anyone know this man so there can be justice for this young man? Feel free to share this!
