A homeowner was upset after a nightmarish neighbor broke down their fence without permission.
The woman is apparently known for “causing chaos” in the neighborhood, living up to her nickname “Karen” when she ordered her husband to cut down the fence with a chainsaw.
Tiffany Mraj posted the video to her TikTok account and wrote, “Our neighbor knocked down our fence without papers; she has threatened our contractors and caused chaos in the neighborhood.”
“This has got to STOP,” she added as she filmed the incident at her parents’ home in Toronto, Canada.
In the now-viral post the woman next door, referred to as ‘Karen’, screams inaudibly over the sound of the machine.
The two are shown butchering the fence and throwing wooden planks into the property next door.
As the homeowner calmly asks if they have papers to cut down the fence, or a lawyer, Karen shrieks, “Call your lawyer, call your lawyer.”
He keeps quietly asking, “Why do you have to do this? Why do you have to shout?’ while Karen continuously screams with her hands firmly on her hips.
In an updated video, another resident of the property encounters the persistent neighbor.
Tiffany captioned the video, “This is my sister at my parent’s house. The police won’t do anything about this.’
Fed up with the neighbors’ actions, she yells, “I’m not going to ask you again, stop cutting the fence,” as they use the same chainsaw to chop the wood.
In the background, Karen can be heard yelling, “Get out of my property,” as her other half points a working chainsaw at the girl.
After much demand, the TikToker shared an update of the ordeal showing her neighbors continue to butcher the fence and throw debris into the property next door

The man ignores her request and tells her to call the police, to which she replies, “I called the police.”
The girl continues to yell at their action, prompting Karen to step in and physically push her away.
In shock, the girl yells, “I’m underage, you can’t touch me, I’m going to call the police.”
The incident caused quite a stir on social media, with a total of 3.5 million views.
TikTokers are divided in their opinions, most showing their support for their neighbors during the stressful encounter. While others debate who owns the fence.
One user wrote: ‘Fences are usually communal property. As a good neighbour, they should have passed on what was going to be repaired.’
While others suggested taking more drastic action, one person wrote, “Sue them for damages and have them rebuild the fence.”
“Let them destroy everything and take it to court. They will have to pay for a brand new one and they are not cheap,” said another.
However, others tried to find out who owned the fence, one person commented, “The way the fence stands, it looks like it’s their fence.”
