Moment Miami cops search mega yacht after marking exec Justin Hensley threatened others with a gun

Shocking video shows the moment Miami police searched a mega yacht after a man allegedly threatened to shoot passengers and sink a boat in the harbor.

On bodycam footage from May 27, police searched a 115-foot yacht near Miami Beach after a tense incident in which an “enraged” man pulled a gun.

“I’m going to make holes in this boat and take everyone, and I’m going to shoot everyone,” the suspect said, according to a police report.

Passengers told police the alleged perpetrator, Justin Hensley, the owner of a marketing company, brandished a gun after the boat experienced mechanical problems.

Witnesses showed police a photo of Hensley, 47, with a gun in his waistband, and he was arrested, authorities said.

It is alleged that a gun can be seen in the waistband of suspect Justin Hensley’s swimming trunks

The incident started when police were called to a boat in the water due to reports starting with engine problems.

According to passengers, a man — Hensley — brandished a firearm and acted erratically, making disturbing threats to harm himself and others.

The people were on the boat for a Memorial Day weekend party.

“The suspect with the gun is on the Rex boat,” a person says over the police radio.

The situation was so serious that the police cleared the deck due to possible safety issues with the then unknown passenger.

Clear the deck. If we’re supposed to get this shot here from the water,” an officer is heard saying in the bodycam video, first released this week.

While on the water, Hensley allegedly told the boat’s owner and the others on board that he was willing to shoot them while they were trapped.

“He said he would shoot everyone on the boat,” an officer is heard say.

“He said he wanted to shoot all of us, including the boat,” says the owner of the boat.

Officers were forced to search the boat for the weapon, as there were still passengers on board

After the boat began to have mechanical problems, the owner anchored the yacht and began transporting guests on a dinghy.

“The boat broke down, I got a call and I brought the mechanic on board,” the owner of the boat tells police in the bodycam video.

“The man in the blue shirt panicked,” he said.

‘Why?’ an officer is heard responding.

“Because he wanted to go home,” the owner responded.

“I started taking my friends in the dinghy, and then he got really mad,” the owner of the boat explained to the officer.

“Out of nowhere, he started pulling out this gun and said, ‘I’m going to shoot you,’ the yacht owner continued.

Hensley was taken off the boat and spoke to police, with whom he shared details of how he makes a living.

“I own a marketing company called Rock Star Lifestyle,” says Hensley.

Online, Hensley’s social media presence can be seen at clubs, on luxury vacations, and with others while wearing merchandise that promotes his business.

Other passengers were held on the boat while police searched for the weapon

Police searched the boat for nearly half an hour before concluding that the boat was too large and that the gun may have been thrown overboard.

One passenger became so frightened by the man’s actions that she videotaped Hensley allegedly carrying a weapon and the gun tucked in his belt.

She and others also told police that the man brandished the weapon.

Police searched the boat and even the purses of some of the passengers, but eventually suspected that the weapon may have been thrown overboard.

“This place is so big,” one of the officers said in the video.

“Maybe he threw it away,” added another.

Miami police immediately arrested Hensley on land after speaking with witnesses.

According to the report, the man has “repeatedly apologized for his actions.”

He was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and firearms display, but his charge was later downgraded to disorderly conduct. Hensley’s case is pending.
