Investigators found one shell casing at the scene.

The R&B singer and the alleged member of his crew involved in the shouting were seen outside the club on a rainy morning with a group of scantily clad women.

Sources say Songz, formally known as Tremaine Aldon Neverson, was not directly involved in the exchange.

NYPD officers are looking for a man in his 20s who was wearing a black sweatshirt, black sweatpants and white shoes and fled south along 7th Avenue after the shooting.

The latest alleged incident is not the first legal trouble for Songz, as he has faced previous sexual assault allegations. In June, Songz was charged with sexual assault after a woman claimed he exposed her breast without her consent during a pool party in 2013.

In response to the accusation, Songz attorney Michael Freedman said, “This is yet another example of decade-old allegations being turned into a federal case to take advantage of California’s constitutionally questionable new lookback window. We look forward to vindicating Trey on the merits in court.”

The woman sued Songz, his record label Atlantic Records and his manager for $25 million in connection with a sexual abuse allegation that had exceeded the statute of limitations.

After being hit with the massive lawsuit, Songz posted on his Instagram Story, “Lies will never be the truth. Regardless of who chooses to believe this, he wrote in the post ending with the Arabic phrase “alhamdulillah,” which in English translates to “praise be to God” or sometimes “thank God.”
